We now provide the following options to help you complete your Financial Returns using spreadsheets that you can email to National Office. You may now download and complete your Returns in two different formats - Microsoft Excel and OpenOffice Calc:

If you do not have Microsoft EXCEL:
If you have a computer but do not have a copy of Microsoft EXCEL you can download the following files for use with OpenOffice. OpenOffice is a suite of programs that you can download free of charge from www.OpenOffice.org . You do not need to make any donation for the program. On the same website you can also get help on using the program. Once installed you can download the following files:

If you do not have access to a computer but know an SVP member or someone else that does have access then consider asking if they would enter the information from your manual return onto the spreadsheet version with the form only.
We are most grateful to all the many members who use our spreadsheet versions. We process around 1,400 Financial Returns every quarter and it does save us a lot of time and effort if you can send the information in by email on one of our spreadsheets.
You will still need to print out copies of your forms for signing and returning with your Conference cheque for SVP Support. You will also have to send paper copies to your District Council and Central Council. However we can enter your data direct from your spreadsheet into our database.
