Debt issues can stem from anything such as a health problem or an unexpected bill. We aim to help people improve their quality of life by offering non-judgemental, free and friendly debt advice.

We assign each person one of our debt advisers who works with you on a one-to-one basis through the debt advice process with us, with the aim being that debts are brought under control and developing budgeting skills and money management for life. 

Our mental health can be a huge factor in our ability to not only manager our finances, but also reaching out and accessing debt advice. We know that and we pride ourselves in the level of support we offer. We tailor our approach to avoid you becoming overwhelmed during the process.

What we offer as part of our debt and benefit advisory services: 

  • Free, impartial and confidential advice
  • Budgeting advice
  • Help with debt solutions - Including Debt Relief Orders (DROs) and repayment plans
  • Benefit drop-in held Wednesdays 10am - 12pm, for basic enquiries such as how to log into your universal credit journal and benefit entitlement enquiries  
  • Income maximisation
  • Our debt and benefit advice services have been awarded the Advice Quality Standard by Recognising Excellence. We are a quality assured service, working to the highest standards.
