Feast of the Holy Family – SVP Christmas Campaign 2024

Today as we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Family, we are reminded to draw comfort and inspiration from that which our families bring to us. This message is a blessing to us, in times of true reflection over the Christmas festivities as we celebrate God’s love as we come together with family and friends. 

In light of the Feast of the Holy Family, how shall you celebrate this year with your family beside you? Perhaps you could consider the struggles which Mary, Jesus and Joseph faced. Like us today they also had their own battles and challenges, alongside the love and happiness they shared when being together.

This Feast Day, we encourage you and your family to pray for those who have less. For those who may not be with their loved ones today. For those who need care and your prayers during difficult times. 

The St Vincent de Paul Society and Vincentian families are united in their mission to serve the poor and alleviate poverty in all its forms. That’s why today we ask that if you can to please consider a generous donation to our Annual Christmas appeal to help us continue our mission and help us keep the Doors of Hope open this Christmas and beyond.
