Please join us at this year’s National Meeting and celebrate our mission in all its forms.
This year the theme will be "going back to our roots", focussing on the grass roots work of our members, sharing the wonderful work done across the country as well as hearing from some of our Special Works and other initiative's. We will also be delighted to welcome back our Mini Vinnies and our Youth SVP. There will be lots of time to meet and share ideas with each other, so please join us.
Building on the success and feedback from 2024, we are keeping the same venue but moving to a 2 day format so please add Friday 10th and Saturday 11th July 2026 to your diaries.

The Venue
The meeting venue is at Yarnfield Park, Stone, Staffordshire, a purpose-built conference centre with onsite accommodation. Most rooms and amenities are on one level, but there are lifts for anyone that requires a little help.
The Programme
The full programme is now available here. We have taken onboard feedback and there is more leisure time built in to meet with other members and talk about your work and get to know each other. There will also be special times set aside over the two days for spiritual reflection, including a special Mass and the Commissioning service and blessing.
We will also have our exhibitions showcasing all our SVP programmes and projects. Our popular “pop up” shop is also returning, with a vast selection of gifts and member resources available. So why not bring an extra bag and stock up for Christmas early.

We welcome you to participate and come for both days or as a day delegate if you prefer. Please note that spaces are limited due to venue capacity so please book early.
- The day delegate rate includes unlimited tea/coffee and juice throughout the day and a 3-course buffet-style lunch. There is no accommodation included in the day rate
- All accommodation charges include ensuite walk-in shower, tv, tea & coffee making facilities, breakfast, unlimited tea/coffee and juice throughout the day and 3-course buffet style meals and onsite access to a gym
- Please note there are no hairdryers onsite so please bring your own!
- The venue operates a cashless system
- The main site is all at ground level with easy access for disabled visitors and lifts to upper floors in the main conference hall or room accommodation. The accommodation block is a short walk from the main conference centre.
- Please contact your CC president to see if coach transport is being arranged for your area
- There is plenty of parking on site

Conference Bookings
Please also note each Conference can claim back for the cost of one delegate to attend out of Conference funds, under the classification of “member training”. If your Conference is struggling for funds, please approach your Central Council as they may be able to support you.
